Refund policy

Welcome to Room One Cards (hereinafter referred to as the "Website", "Site", "We", "Us", "Our"). Thank you for choosing us for all your playing card needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain transparency, please carefully read our No Refund and Return Policy outlined below: 

 

1. NO REFUND 

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of the playing cards, all of our products offered through the website are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded

 

2. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders, the return of items or the change of mind unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive a incorrect item, please contact us at cs@roomonecards.com.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

We do not accept defective or incorrect item return after 7 days you received. Please send us email first with your 
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged item, including packaging
- Order invoice

We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.  

 

4. Shipping Costs
We Do Not refund shipping costs for ANY reason, including defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for ANY shipping costs associated with returning defective or damaged items if requested by us.

 

5. Responsibility to Respond
Customers are responsible for responding promptly to any communication from customs authorities, shipping carriers, or our team, including emails, phone calls, faxes, or any other form of notification.

If a shipment is delayed, incurs additional charges, is returned, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise affected due to the customer’s failure to respond or cooperate in a timely manner, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss, delay, damage, or issue. In such cases, no refund, return, or reshipment will be provided.

 

*European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
