Premium editions elevate the collector's experience. The selected illustrations are accentuated with mesmerizing foil detailing, highlighting key elements and adding a layer of luminous magic. They are housed in Room One Cards' proprietary 3D Accordion Tuck Box, which unfolds to reveal a sculptural, gallery-like presentation.

Court Cards

These portraits are touched by storybook magic. Mesmerizing foil detailing illuminating crowns, armor, wings, and key symbols. The mermaid’s tail shimmers with light, the phoenix’s feathers gleam with fire. 

Number Cards

The numbered cards are where Andersen’s world is woven into the very fabric of play. Far from mere placeholders, each card is a miniature canvas, rich with narrative intention.

Every pip and numeral has been meticulously redrawn, featuring a custom font and ornate detailing inspired by the delicate ironwork of a fairy tale lantern or the gilt edges of a storybook. The pips themselves are not simply shapes but are subtly integrated with motifs from the tales.

Card Backs

All editions feature a meticulously animated flipbook sequence on the card backs. When fanned, the illustration comes to life, depicting an ornate hourglass with the sands of time gently filtering from top to bottom. A direct homage to Andersen’s recurring theme of fleeting moments and eternal consequence.

Metallic Foil Gilded Edges

The Metallic gilded edges transform a simple riffle into a cascade of shimmering color, an electric edge that catches the light from every angle, a constant reminder of the premium artifact you hold.

Animated Playing Cards
